Historical evidence consultancy for
publishers, producers, museums,
heritage organisations and legal professionals.
Historical claims that need
to withstand scrutiny.
We test historical claims through source hierarchy, contradiction analysis and narrative distortion mapping — before they become public mistakes.
Method
Source hierarchy
Every claim is traced to its earliest surviving record. Primary evidence takes precedence. Secondary sources are classified. Popular history is not treated as evidence.
Contradiction mapping
Where the record conflicts with the accepted narrative, contradictions are identified, dated and followed to their origin. Distortion is named, not smoothed over.
Evidence dossier
Findings are delivered as a structured evidence dossier: sources cited, conclusions reached, uncertainty acknowledged. Suitable for broadcast, publication or litigation support.
